Q?Can I use my own shipping number?

Q?Do you offer free shipping on products?

Queen City Printing offers quick delivery within a select radius of our stores courtesy of our on-foot delivery staff. Most of these deliveries are free of charge.

Q?Will Queen City Printing provide me with a tracking number with jobs shipped via courier?
A.

When you request a job delivered via an outside courier, Queen City Printing will e-mail you a tracking number.

Q?Will I receive a hard or soft proof?
A.

You may request either or both. Soft proofs can be transmitted more quickly, of course, as they eliminate the need to move your job through Boston traffic, but we happily supply hard copy proofs for color matching and stock purposes.

Q?Can I change the file after receiving a proof?
A.

You can make any changes to your original submission you like, including replacing the file entirely.

Q?Can I FTP my files?
A.

We accept digital files via a variety of sources.  For details, please contact us.

Q?Will the fonts I used in my design print correctly?
A.

You can package your fonts and send them to us, along with your files.

Q?What file types do you accept?
A.

We work with a large variety of file types – Quark, InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Microsoft, .pdf, .eps, .jpg, .tiff. If you have additional questions, please contact us.

Q?What is the turnaround time for large formats?
A.

Q?What is the turnaround time for copies?
A.

Most black-and-white copy jobs can be turned around on the same day, depending on the need for finishing (folding, binding, etc).

Q?Can I request for a faster turnaround time?
A.

Yes. We are always willing to work with customers with pressing needs.  For details, please contact us.

Q?Can you quote items other than what is listed?
A.

Absolutely.  Our customer service representatives are extremely well acquainted with all our capabilities, and will work with you and our production team to create exactly the product you want at a reasonable cost.

Q?What is the expiration on an estimate?
A.

All of our estimates are binding for thirty days. If we don’t receive your order within that time, we may request a review of your project and may provide a slightly different estimate.

Q?How quickly will I receive my estimate?
A.

Depending on the nature of your job, an estimate can be given within 24 hours. Most estimates can be provided during your initial phone call, or within hours of your request.

Q?Can I create an account with Queen City Printing?
A.

Yes. In fact, most of our returning customers prefer working with Queen City Printing on an account basis.

Q?Do you accept credit card numbers over the phone?
A.

We will happily process credit card orders via the phone.

Q?How long has Queen City Printing been in business?

Established in the early 1900′s, Queen City Printing took its current form in 1990 under partners Ronald Busch and Luigi LaValle.  Through hard work and vision, they continue to build Queen City Printing into one of America’s finest printing companies.
